Challenge
Our customer in Brazil, IN initially began their project with another contractor. They re-pitched their roof and replaced it with a metal roof. They were now looking for a contractor to help them with the siding and a few repairs. However, during our initial inspection, we informed the homeowner the metal roof was improperly installed in addition to the hail damage found.
Solution
We were able to work with the homeowner and the insurance company to approve the insurance claim. Initially, only two elevations of siding were approved, but with confirmation from our ITEL report, we were able to have the entire house approved. Also, during our siding install, we were able to fix the roof appropriately so they will be protected for many years to come.
