Hail in Prospect, KY
Challenge
We received a call from a Diedre in Prospect, KY as she was aware of a hail storm that had recently passed through her area. She was concerned if she should or shouldn't contact her insurance company to file a claim. A prior client of ours happen to recommend us to her to evaluate her home prior to filing a claim. This home had sustained hail damage to the roof, gutters and siding. We recommended the client to go ahead and file the claim. The process was more dynamic due to more than one facet of her home being affected as well as it being winter time. Luckily, she chose North American Contractors, and we were a one stop shop for all of her projects.
Solution
Inspector Joe tackled one project after another. He was able to have the roof, siding and gutters all replaced or repaired within a few weeks. Which is no easy feet when you're at the mercy of the winter weather!
