Challenge
We received a call from a resident of Fortville stating she noticed a few missing shingles from her roof. She had contacted another roofing company and they told her she should just file a homeowner's insurance claim to try and replace her damaged roof. She was shocked, considering the roof was only a few years old. So she decided to obtain a second opinion from NA Contractors.
Solution
We were able to assess the roof's condition, confirm the damage sustained due to a wind storm, and did verify that the roof was in fact easily repairable. We provided a simple estimate to replace the missing shingles and recommended she not file an insurance claim on her homeowner's insurance.
