Our customer contacted us after having damage to her siding after a storm. After the first inspection, the adjuster had only approved one elevation to replace the pieces that had been blown off. We were having difficulty finding a match for her siding. After receiving a report back with a possible match, we ordered a sample to compare. Once the sample arrived, it was apparent it wasn't a match. Joe was able to submit a supplement to the insurance adjuster stating there was no match for her siding. The claim was approved and production began!
