Active Leak Unveiled During Roof Replacement in Columbus, IN

Our client in Columbus Indiana contacted us to inspect his roof for hail damage. He noticed his neighbors around him were having their roofs replaced due to significant hail damage, and he knew he needed to have his roof checked out too. Our findings did show significant hail damage to his roof, soffit and gutters. We were able to help this client navigate the insurance claims process, as well as work with his mortgage company to process the insurance payments. 

During his roof replacement we unveiled an active leak that had already started to cause damage to the roof decking, and was slowly making it's way into the interior of the home. We were able to remediate the decking damage so it wouldn't cause futher issues to the interior of his home. The roof, soffit and gutters were all replaced.
