Our customer in Westfield, IN contacted his insurance company after a hail storm hit his home. He already had an approved claim, however was needing a contractor to help with the work. He noticed that North American Contractors was working on several homes in the neighborhood, so he contacted NAC. After reviewing the initial claim approval, NAC felt as though there were items that were missing. We quickly requested a re-inspection to discuss our opinion on our customers home. After meeting with the second adjuster, NAC was able to get the items approved that they had originally missed, including approval for full siding replacement after we proved the current siding had been discontinued.
