Photo Album: Roof Replacement in Indianapolis from Storm Damage
Our owner, Jan Stephenson, just happened to be driving past this home and noticed it had quite a few missing shingles. She walked right up to their door and asked if they had addressed the damage to the roof with a licensed contract yet. They mentioned they had not, and she offered to have one of our inspectors come to check it out. Once inspector Josh Timm evaluated the roof, he noted extensive wind damage to all slopes of the shingle roof. He recommended the homeowner file a home insurance claim for a full roof replacement. Josh advocated for the client with their insurance company and the entire roof replacement was approved by the insurance adjustor. NAC replaced the entire asphalt shingle roof with a GAF Timberline HD roofing system.
