A previous client of NAC reached out for us to assess the roof on his rental property for storm damage. Sure enough, once inspector Rob Smith took a look at the roof, he was able to see immediately the telltale signs of storm damage. In the photos shown here, you can see windblown asphalt shingles and can see how they look essentially torn from the roof. We were able to help the property owner fully replace their asphalt shingle roof thru insurance.

Here you can see where the shingle was torn. The actual shingle was found farther down on the roof.

In this photo, you can see where one of the shingles has a crease across the top indicating wind was able to forcefully lift the shingle up.
