In this photo you can see our inspector evaluating the roof's damage. On the left side of the roof you can see two shingles that were damaged by the wind.

In this photo you can see the decking of the roof.
Decking Exposed
Decking shown in this photo. At NAC we do not reroof by adding another layer of shingles on top of the old ones. We properly roof by removing the old damaged shingles all the way down to the decking, replace any damage decking found and add roofing components from there.
Damage Decking
In this photo you can see where the source of the original reported leak came from. You can see the decking is deteriorating due to water damage. We removed and fully replaced all of the damaged decking.
