Our first call was made late one evening (approx. 6:45)due to leaking from storm damage. By 8 pm that evening a worker was here putting tarp over leaks
Dealt with Josh Timm. Throughout this process he was very helpful explaining things and dealing with insurance company and answered all of our questions
They showed up on the day and time promised. Were friendly and professional. Began working immediately upon arrival.
All of the shingles and trash were cleaned up. However 5 days later we are still finding quite a few nails around. Some in the driveway
What made you choose our company:
The evening we found out that the roof was leaking and was told by the insurance company to contact whoever we wanted. North American was the only one who could get someone there that night. You were the 3rd company we called. We were immediately impressed with how quickly and professionally you responded. As I said before all of our questions and concerns were answered and all the work and financial details were explained in detail with no unexpected surprises . Work crew came in and did the job on time with no difficulty
