I have used North American Contractors twice for repairs.  Both times I have been very pacified with the quality of completed projects.

During the recent project (roof and inside ceiling repairs) Rob Smith was the general contractor.  I cannot say enough good things about the ease of the project due to his skills and performance.  Rob’s communication with me regarding the project was excellent.  He worked with the insurance adjuster and me to establish a scope of the job, established a time line for completion and consistently kept me informed of the process.  When I had questions about products used I never had to wait days for  a return call.  His follow up on each process was excellent.

From a quality and customer service stand point I would rate the job as excellent due to his supervision and follow up.
