Our customers home was damaged from a tree falling on their roof due to a wind storm. Like many homeowners, the Anthony Family wanted to check with a few other companies prior to making their decision. After a few days, they decided to partner with NAC. We were able to remove the tree and began working with the insurance company to help with the claim process. How many people wait to have their home inspected after a hail storm until they start seeing contractor signs pop up in the yards around them? Then they start to think, "Wow, I bet I have damage too!" This was the case for our customer in Westfield, IN. A hail storm came through the area and he saw one of his neighbors had a NAC sign in their yard. He reached out to us for his free inspection and we were able to meet with him that evening. We did find damage to his roof and explained the process to file his insurance claim. NAC worked alongside our customer during the entire insurance process and he now has a new, beautiful roof that will keep him protected for many years.

This is a prime example of why it pays off to partner with someone like North American Contractors. Our customer in Westfield filed his insurance claim prior to meeting with us. His claim was only partially approved which did not include the roof. During his free inspection, NAC found enough damage for us to believe the roof should be fully replaced. We spoke with the homeowner and informed him that we would like to submit for a re-inspection with his insurance company. Since NAC was there during the re-inspection, we were able to speak directly with the insurance adjuster to explain why we felt the roof needed to be replaced. After the meeting, the adjuster agreed to have the roof replaced. Our customer was extremely happy with the outcome and he now has a beautiful new roof backed by a GAF Systems Plus Warranty!

Our previous customer in Carmel knew exactly who to call when a hail storm hit his home. And it's a good thing he did! While the adjuster only wanted to pay for a partial roof replacement, with NAC's knowledge and expertise, we were able to schedule a re-inspection and prove why the entire roof needed to be replaced. NAC installed a new roof, replaced a few pieces of damaged siding and finished the project off with new gutters.

After recently finishing the roofing and siding project for our customer in Westfield, our customer reached out to NAC after having some issues with one of his windows. Josh was able to meet with our customer again to see if the window could be repaired or needed replaced. After the inspection, both NAC and the homeowner agreed it was time for a replacement. NAC was able to order a matching window and install it quickly for our customer. 

This homeowner in Westfield was worried about the storm that just came through her area. After meeting with the North American team, she decided to have us take a look for possible damage. After the brief inspection, NAC was able to show her pictures of the damage and explain the next steps in contacting her insurance agent. We worked alongside our homeowner during the entire process and she was absolutely thrilled with how it all worked out.

Noticing some missing shingles on her roof, our client Lisa, was concerned she had wind damage to her roof. Her biggest concern was that the roof had only been replaced 5 years prior, and she was worried she may have to file a homeowners insurance claim.  We did her free inspection and let her know a simple repair was in order. She was extremely happy to hear a few shingles just needed to be replaced and no claims process needed.  

We received a call from a client to help them find the source of a roof leak. Inspector Joe Fosnow was able to track the leak down to their chimney and could see that water was seeping into the home from that location. We removed the existing siding, re-flashed the chimney, installed an ice & water shield, installed a moisture barrier wrap, and installed new asphalt shingles to tie into the existing roof. The homeowner has reported the leak has been remedied. 

We received a referral from one of our previous roof replacement clients, to have us check out her neighbor's roof. Inspector Joe Fosnow was called out to assess the roof of the Noblesville home, and sure enough, he saw extensive damage from a storm that has passed thru that July. Joe advocated for the client throughout the entire insurance claims process and was able to have the roof completely replaced for just their insurance deductible. The best part of this roof replacement was that the client was also in the US military, which means he qualified for a $500 Roofs for Troops rebate. Which is a $250 rebate that the shingle manufacturer GAF provides, along with North American Contractors pledge to match that rebate making the total rebate on the roof replacement $500. 

Dan was a previous client on our Roof Watch Program list. Once we knew a hail storm came thru Hamilton Country, we reached out to all of our previous clients in that area to see if they would like us to check for hail damage. Sure enough, when Inspector Joe Fosnow assessed the roof, he confirmed hail damage to the shingles and soft metals. Dan filed a claim with his insurance compan, and Joe helped him navigate the entire process. His roof has been fully replaced and the client was extrenely grateful that we reached out to him or he would not have had his roof checked for damage. Let alone obtain a an entire roof replacement for just his deductible. 

We received a referral from a previous client that said their neighbor had already filed an insurance claim. The homeowner wasn't experiencing any leaks or issues to warrant him filing a claim, however, he had seen other neighbors getting new roofs. He was home when the hail storm hit, so he assumed he had damage as well. Once Inspector Josh Timm assessed the roof he confirmed for the insurance company, with photo evidence, that it had sustained significant hail damage. He noted hail hits all soft metals, especially the downspouts. Asphalt shingles on the roof showed multiple sites of hail impacts along with granule loss reflected in the gutters.
