Window, Siding, and Roofing Contractor in Johnson County, IN

Michael contacted North American Contractors after a storm hit the Greenwood, Indiana area. With the wind and hail, he figured he had damage. After the initial inspection, Josh was able to provide Michael with his thoughts about his possible claim. Josh was able to work directly with Michael's insurance company to guide him during the claim process. Michael chose to have us install a GAF Timberline Dimensional shingle, which looked great with his house. 

About a year later, Michael's house was struck by lightening and caused damage to his new roof. He contacted us again to come out and inspect the damage. Luckily NAC was able to fix the damage by replacing a few of the shingles that were effected.

Our customer in Greenwood, IN was very thankful to have NAC on their side. They believed they had hail damage to their roof and called NAC for a free inspection. We saw enough damage to suggest the homeowners to file an insurance claim. During the first adjuster meeting, the insurance company turned down the claim. Knowing the policies of the insurance company and knowing our customer had enough damage, we filed for a re-inspection. We met with a new adjuster a few weeks later and they approved a partial replacement with a full replacement pending the Itel report. We ordered the Itel report, and sure enough, the report came back with an unavailable match and we now had approval to pay for the entire roof for our customer! Our customer in Greenwood was looking to have his roof replaced. He was thinking he would be financing the project. However, after North American completed the initial inspection, we found enough hail damage to file a claim with his insurance company. When we met with the adjuster, they initially denied the claim, however, when we tell our customers to file a claim, we are confident in our expertise and know there is a legitimate claim. With it being turned down, we reached out to one of our third party partners to help with the reinspect. After the second inspection, the insurance company approved a full roof replacement!! It just proves having the right company on your side can make the difference! 

Our customer noticed damage to his roof after a strong wind storm. He was originally looking to do a repair since he had a high deductible. He had met with other companies at this point and never felt comfortable filing his claim. After meeting with Joe and North American Contractors, he decided it was worth filing his claim and replacing the entire roof. NAC installed a GAF Timberline shingle, color: Weathered Wood. Our customer in Greenwood, Indiana contacted us after she noticed a few missing shingles from her roof. She was concerned because she was about to go on vacation and didn't want to have issues with her roof while she was gone. North American went out immediately to assess the damage so she could have some peace of mind while gone. After the initial inspection, we were confident that the current shingles were a discontinued product. We recommended she file an insurance claim due to the likely hood the entire roof will be approved to be replaced. Thankfully, she was able to go on vacation and relax while we did our due diligence here. Upon her return, we had confirmation the shingle was discontinued and her insurance company had approved for a full replacement. She was absolutely thrilled!

Our customer in Greenwood contacted us to see if we could replace the siding that was blown off his home. We quickly realized the siding he currently had was a discontinued product and explained to him that his insurance company should approve a full replacement. A North American representative met with the insurance adjuster and initially, he only approved the repair. We mentioned the siding was a discontinued product and we had the ITEL reported confirming. They requested NAC to provide them with additional information, including the report. Once they received the additional documentation, they approved a full siding replacement. Without North American to help, this homeowner would have ended up with a mismatched siding repair!

Our homeowner in Greenwood, Indiana recently renovated his home and was needing to replace a few windows as the final touch. He currently had Pella windows and wanted to match the pre-existing windows. We were happy to work with him to make the process simple and effortless. North American was able to order the matching windows and install them in no time at all.

Our client in Bargersville called us with concerns of a large skylight that was leaking in his home. This proved to be a task for some contractors, because this home is a 6,000 square foot farmhouse with a very steep roof. However, our Production Manager Rob, was personally able to asses the leaking problem with no issues and had the skylight and surrounding shingles repaired promptly. Our client was elated that we were able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently.

Becky of Whiteland, IN contacted us because her gutters were falling apart and not functioning properly due to damaged parts. Inspector Josh was able to provide a free estimate for a few different solutions for this client. After much consideration we were able to install not only brand new gutters, but gutter screens. As her home was surrounded by an abundance of trees. Josh educated the client on the importance of having gutter screens on homes, especially with amount of trees and falling debris that occurs with living in rural wooded areas. 

Brian received a notice from his HOA in Greenwood IN stating he needed to replace the damaged trim board on his home or risk penalty fees. So he contacted us at NAC for a replacement quote of the trim board and repair of the posts on their front porch. We were able to do the inspection, provide the estimate and schedule the repairs that worked best with their schedule. Brian was able to appease his HOA's requirements within a timely manner working with us! 

North American Contractors was called out to a home in Whiteland, IN that was experiencing issues with the gutters draining properly. After inspecting them we noticed there was an issue with one of the homes runs. We repaired the run, cleaned out the gutters and installed gutter screens in hopes of future clogging prevention. 

We received a call from a client that originally had a handyman come out to address a shingle roof leak she was experiencing. The previous handyman was said to have located and repaired the leak. He believed the source of the leak was coming from the chimney flashing not being sealed properly. With the next rainstorm, she saw the same leak again. 

Once she noticed it was still leaking she decided to call NAC, by recommendation of a neighbor. Seasoned inspector Josh Timm checked out the roof and all of its components and found that the source of the leak was actually coming from the flat rubber roof that was attached to the main house. He was able to repair the leak that week and she since has had no issues with leaks. 

Andrew of Greenwood, IN contacted NAC about options on replacing his Cedar Plank siding, which was rotting and deteriorating, due to weathering and age. He was looking for replacement materials that would be lower maintenance and be able to stand the test of time. Inspector Clint Ross recommended Hardie Cement Fiber Siding as the replacement option. The client loved the look and ultimately chose Hardie. In the photos show you can see the before, during production, and finalized replacement. It brought so much curb appeal and much-needed facelift to the home.
