Our customer in Indianapolis was looking to replace his old wood siding. After meeting with Josh at NAC, and discussing the benefits of James Hardie siding, they felt it was the perfect siding replacement option. 

A customer of ours referred us to Connie after he worked with us on his home project. She was in the process of getting quotes for her Hardie Siding project and was happy to have the recommendation from her neighbor. North American Contractors installed James Hardie Color Plus Siding in the color: Night Gray! The siding replacement looks absolutely stunning!

Our customer owns several rental properties around the Indianapolis area. She was concerned about potential damage after some severe weather in the area. After inspecting the roof we suggested she pursue a claim with her insurance company. The roof was approved by the insurance adjuster and NAC was able to get to work. We quickly installed a beautiful replacement roof and the customer was delighted with the results.

Our very own Administrative Assitance Alicia received a call from her close friend Cheyenne, stating she noticed some shingles missing from their roof after a storm. She knew right away to call Alicia and have NAC evaluate the damage done to their shingle roof. Josh Timm inspected the roof and confirmed there was enough storm damage to warrant filing an insurance claim. The following week Josh met with the insurance adjuster, advocating for Cheyenne to ensure everything damaged is covered in the claim report. The roof was approved for replacement a few weeks later. Cheyenne is planning on selling her house this year, and a new roof is going to help the value of her home and appeal to potential buyers.  

We replaced the old LP wood siding on a home in Indianapolis due to a report of animal damage. Most homeowners think that exterior home repairs are typically from weather or age-related issues, but pest control is usually a surprising culprit for exterior home damage. We were able to remove the trim boards and damaged LP siding that was damaged and replaced with James Hardie Cement Fiber Siding.
