Brent Stephenson

Brent Stephenson is the founder and CEO of North American Contractors. He and his wife Jan work together and live in Indianapolis. Together they have 3 daughters, 4 grandchildren, and one more grandchild on the way in March.

Brent’s entrepreneurial career began at age 17 when was offered the opportunity to work as a “steeple jack.” He climbed commercial flagpoles throughout the Indianapolis area. A few years later, he began renovating properties. It was through these endeavors that he discovered a love for business and particularly the construction industry.

Brent is active in the daily business operations and is passionate about making the company’s growth plans a reality. His idea of growth is continually making NAC a better company for its clients. “When we improve ourselves, we can expand and enhance what we do for our clientele. And when we do that, they will reward us with their business and loyalty. Surefooted, client-supported growth is my chief-aim.”

Without question Brent’s first love is his family. He is happiest when his children and grandchildren are all together. He and Jan really enjoy traveling and exploring places off the beaten path. He also loves to fish and hunt with family and friends.
