Rob Smith followed through with what he said he was going to do. He always responded to my questions.
It took (3) attempts to correct the leak around the chimney, but Rob (sales) and Kevin (installer) never gave up and I appreciate their persistence.
What made you choose our company:
First Rob Smith responded which is not always the case with other contractors. Second he evaluated the issue and although the solution wasn't evident he created a plan to complete.
