Roofing was delivered and next day the roofing started. Appreciated the care the crew showed in protecting my landscaping around my house. The crew were courteous and once the work was complete, the crew cleaned up any debris and blew off patio, sidewalk and front porch. More importantly, my new roof looks awesome!
Explained the work, estimate from my insurance company to my satisfaction and exceeded my expectations with no hard selling.
Joe kept me informed of when work would start and completion date. Joe was right on target!
Went right to work...as stated before were very respectful of my property.
If it wasn't for the new roof, you would never know roofers had been at my house.

I contacted a couple of companies after wind and rain storm. I was on my neighborhood site asking for recommendations, Ashley from your company asked me to consider North American Contractors. I got a call the next day. Your sales person, Tom, came and put a tarp where roofing was gone. Another storm was expected and appreciated Tom, protecting my roof from further damage. The other companies called me a week later, too late! I was pleased to give my roofing problem over to a professional contractor company. Thank you, Ashley, Tom and Joe for exceeding my expectations.
