Gentlemen,

 I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. 

 It’s not often that a business goes nearly as above and beyond as you guys have for my family and I. I’ve had experiences where things don’t go quite right so you get a discount but to have the owner (Brent) come to my home and do what you and Aaron (not sure if that’s spelled right) did... all I can say is WOW. I don’t know how to say thank you enough and I don’t know how to express how much we appreciate all the support your team (Joe was a huge part of that as well) has given us. You guys have set the new bar which I will forever measure my expectations against when it comes to customer support and quality craftsmanship. Please know, I’ll be your best salesman for the foreseeable future.
