Although the initial contact was through a telemarketer, when we connected to North American and spoke with Jan, she was so polite and down to earth that making an appt and the following steps to begin our improvement were very easy. When we met Tom and realized his experience was extensive and how professional he was, we felt more confident to proceed with a big home improvement project.
