Overall great work, but there was financial issue at the completion of the job where the contractor was stating there was an extra 800 owed because they had to have extra labor to move old shingles from the roof down to the street. Then that price dropped to 500. After I further asked for documentation and proof of costs, the extra cost disappeared and the job was completed on budget.
Bill B. Was the only representative/contractor I spoke with. Scored a 4 because the situation I described above Olin the first qhestion.
What made you choose our company:
I had four offers/bids. NAC was at the top of my value criteria and their bid was well detailed. Those I didn't choose had very sparse work estimates that left a lot of room for "extra costs." Also, I threw out two other bids due to estimates being 750-1500 outside of what I considered good pricing.
