North American Contractors Before & After Photos

A previous client of NAC reached out to see if we could build him a pole barn on an existing slab he had on his property from an old pole barn that had been torn down by a storm. Inspector Josh Timm headed up this project from start to finish. As you can see in the photos, our client was very happy with his brand new pole barn. Not only did we build the pole barn on site but we helped the homeowner navigate his insurance claim with the insurance company to ensure all he had to pay was his deductible. As his home and fencing sustained a bit of damage as well from the storm.  

Our client, James of Plainfield IN, noticed a leak coming into the interior of his home. He contacted North American Contractors for an inspection to investigate the extent and location of the leak damage. Our findings showed a substatial leak coming from the valley on his roof. Inspector Michael advised the client to file a claim and kept him updated on the process and progress. The roof was replaced, despite the winter weather not being cooperative. James was so elated at how easy the process was with Michael that he said "Michael was an answer to our prayer. We had no idea how to handle the claims process, and he was a godsend throughout the entire job from sgtart to finish."

We received a referral from a previous client of ours. He stated he believed his son home out in Brownsburg was impacted with hail damage. Inspector Josh Timm performed an assessment of the roof, and confirmed extensive hail damage to the asphalt roof. He recommended the homeowner file and insurance claim. Josh was back out at the house to assist with the insurance company adjusters inspection two weeks later. The insurance company agreed with Josh's findings and approved a full roof replacement. During the process, the homeowner's family came down with Covid-19 and production stopped for about two weeks. We generally try to finish jobs in a timely manner, but we knew halting production was the best way to ensure the safety of our crew and staff. The homeowner agreed. Once they were in the clear, production continued and the roof was replaced.

Our customer was in the process of selling his home when the wind damaged his roof. In order to keep the selling process moving, we had to work quickly in order to get the insurance claim filed and processed. Luckily, we were able to work with both parties and the future owner was able to pick the shingles they wanted. All the roof repairs were finished in a two week time period and both parties couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Angie was referred to North American Contractors from a friend. From the initial inspection with the insurance adjuster, there were a few items that were missed. NAC was able to re-submit a revised supplement and received approval for the additional items. Angie decided on a GAF Timberline Dimensional shingle.
