North American Contractors Before & After Photos

This was a quick turn-around project due to the homeowners schedule. He had damage to his roof and gutters after a hail storm so he called on us to remedy the situation. David chose a GAF Timberline shingle that will keep his home looking fantastic for years to come.

Our customer in Indianapolis had damage to her home after a hail storm. After the initial inspection, we did find enough damage to advise the homeowner she should file a claim with her insurance agent. Once she filed the claim, we were able to work directly with the insurance adjuster to make sure all damage was covered. There were a few things initially the adjuster did not cover, but with our due diligence, we were able to submit a revised supplement on Annie's behalf. We cannot stress enough how beneficial this is for our customers. Without our help, there would have been things that did not get fixed for Annie. The revised supplement was approved and work began. NAC installed a GAF Timberline HD Shingle (color: Weathered Wood) and replaced the damaged gutters. 

This Indianapolis, IN homeowner loved the look of her home, but noticed the roof seemed a little dull. She didn’t want to completely change the look of her home, so she kept a similar shade of shingles as it was before. The home now looks brighter and more inviting thanks to our GAF Timberline shingle (color: mission brown). Since we could maintain the homeowner’s color preferences, she was absolutely delighted with the result! 

Our customer had to deal with the aftermath of the previous homeowner not dealing with hail damage to their roof. She was having a lot of interior problems and needed help immediately! North American Contractors was able to go out the same day, place a tarp on the roof and help with a game plan to fix her issues. The insurance adjuster had already been out, so we were able to help the homeowner understand what the insurance company had said about the damage. We were then able to work with the homeowners' insurance company to get the roof replaced and fix the interior damage.

A previous customer contacted us after they had a few pieces of siding blow off their house. After the initial inspection, we advised them to wait on filing a claim. We wanted to check to see if the siding was a discontinued product, but we needed to send it off to verify. After a few days, the report came back and confirmed the siding was indeed discontinued. At that time, we advised our customer to file a claim. Once filed, we were able to work directly with the insurance company and provide them with the documentation of the siding. They approved a full replacement!
