North American Contractors Before & After Photos

Our customer in Beech Grove contacted us to help them get their home ready to sell. They had some updates they were wanting to do prior to putting their home on the market. During our initial inspection, we noticed there was previous hail damage that needed attention. After sitting down with the homeowners and discussing their options, they decided to file a claim with their insurance company. The current siding on their home later came back as discontinued, so Josh was able to work with the insurance company to approve a full replacement. With a new roof, siding and gutters, they were ready to sell their home and the new homeowners are able to enjoy the new exterior of their home. NAC installed a GAF Timberline Shingle (color: Weathered Wood) and Mastic Vinyl Siding (color: Sandstone).

We were contacted by Wiliam of Beech Grove, IN who was looking to replace his aged wood siding. After inspecting his home, we suggested a more durable product for siding and the client ultimately chose James Hardie Cement Fiber Siding. He loved the color of his house, so we replaced the siding and painted it to match the existing color of the home. He was also a veteran so he qualified for NAC's very home "Homes for Defenders" $250 rebate.  

Our customer was referred to us after high winds blew off shingles on her roof. She had already filed her claim when she was informed she should contact North American Contractors to help with the claim process. Josh was able to help her navigate the claim process and North American installed a new roof and gutters.

GAF Timberline, color: Weathered Wood

Our customer in Carmel, IN was advised by his realtor to replace his roof and gutters to help him sell him home. We were able to work with him on a tight schedule to make sure his roof was replaced quickly. Within a couple weeks, his home was listed and ready for its new owner! Our homeowner also purchased a GAF Systems Plus Warranty to protect the new roof. The Systems Plus warranty is transferable one time to the new homeowners, so they can rest assured the work and craftsmanship will be protected thanks to our customer. NAC installed a GAF Timberline Shingle (color: Pewter Gray)

This customer in Carmel, IN was ready for a siding replacement. They knew it was time, but weren't sure what they wanted to do. They met with Joe from North American Contractors to get his input. After discussing a wide range of siding options these homeowners decided to go with James Hardie siding. While they loved the idea of James Hardie, they weren't sure it was within their budget. Joe was able to work with them and provide a quote that was within their budget and they accepted. We got right to work and we think you'll agree that the siding replacement looks fantastic! They are extremely happy with their decision!
