North American Contractors Before & After Photos

Our customer in Lafayette, IN had significant hail damage to their home. After the initial inspection, we sat down with Tanya and showed her the pictures of the damage and advised her to file a claim with her insurance company. Once she filed the claim, we were able to meet with her insurance adjuster to make sure she was taken care of. There were some discrepancies with the insurance company that we were ultimately able to work out on behalf of Tanya. Tanya was extremely thankful to have NAC on her side to help her know exactly what she should be receiving from her insurance company. NAC installed an GAF Timberline HD shingle (color: Barkwood) and Mastic Ovation siding (color: Corn Silk).

Our customer in Lafayette was selling her home and knew the roof would be an issue. She contacted North American Contractors to check if she could possibly get her insurance to help with the replacement or if she needed to be prepared to negotiate with the buyers. After the initial inspection, we found no storm damage but provided her with an estimate since the roof was 18 years old and not in the best shape. Once she had a buyer lined up, she did move forward with the replacement and now the new homeowners are happy not only with their new home, but their replacement roof as well.

Our customer was looking to sell their home, but was afraid the roof wouldn't pass inspection since it was 18 years old. They were already in negotiation with a buyer and wanted to know their options. After inspecting the roof, we let them know the roof was not in good shape and to expect the buyer to address the issue. The buyer wanted to have their own contractor out to look and provide a quote for replacement. During the negotiation process, both parties decided to work with North American Contractors.

We then got right to work on the roof replacement. We quickly stripped the roof of the old shingles and then installed beautiful new GAF Timberline HD shingles. Both parties were thrilled with the results.

Dana reached out to NAC to have us provide a replacement estimate for a 15 year old asphalt shingle roof. She mentioned she was tired of performing repairs due to the age of the roof, and was ready to just replace it out of pocket. Storm Damage Restoration Specialist, Josh Timm, took one look at the roof and saw it had sustained quite a bit of wind damage from storms. He reported his findings back to the homeowner, and recommended she file a claim with her insurance company instead of paying out of pocket. Sure enough, the insurance adjustor agreed with Josh and confirmed it was in fact storm damage. This homeowner only had to pay her deductible to have her roof replaced, even though she was ready to pay for it on her own. Not only did Josh save his client thousands of dollars, but he also work on her behalf with the insurance company to make sure all of her roofing components were replaced.

Our customers in Bloomington were looking to replace the siding on their home and add a front porch. They really liked the idea of James Hardie siding and after meeting with Tom at North American Contractors, they found exactly what they were looking for. The replacement siding came out great and these homeowners were delighted!
