The storm that ripped through Lafayette was huge! The damage we were seeing was almost unbelievable. Luckily, we were able to help Jeff and a lot of other Lafayette residents. NAC installed a GAF Timberline HD Shingle (color: Barkwood) and Norandex Woodsman Select Vinyl Siding (color: Champagne).
Sometimes even we are shocked of the damage a hail storm can cause. And when Lafayette got hit in April, it was no exception. We were able to meet up with Andy while we were in the area checking on other customers. Unfortunately, he wasn't spared from the damage, but we were able to work quickly to help with his claim to ease the stress of the situation. Andy's home underwent a full transformation. NAC installed a GAF Timberline Shingle (Color: Pewter Grey) and Mastic Ovation Siding (Color: Deep Granite).
With the storm that hit Lafayette, there was obvious damage to our customers home. They quickly filed their claim, knowing the number of claims their agent was about to receive. This is also another great reason to have NAC by your side during the storm restoration process. The agents and adjusters quickly become over-worked and want to get through all the claims as quickly as possible. However, you don't want them to just rush you through the process, with you looking back asking if they gave you the attention you deserved. With NAC by your side, we can work along side you and your insurance company to make sure all damage is noticed and everything is taken care of. This was the exact reason our customers in Lafayette chose NAC. We are there with you from start to finish!
Our customer had damage to her home after a storm hit the Lafayette, IN area. During the initial inspection, the insurance company was only going to approve half of her roof, partial siding and her garage doors. After checking on if the current siding was still available, we received confirmation that it has been discontinued. We submitted a supplement to the insurance company requesting a full replacement and requesting a second inspection to look the roof over again. We felt very confident that the entire roof had enough damage to warrant a full replacement. After the re-inspection, we were able to get approved a full, new roof, full siding and gutters.
