North American Contractors Before & After Photos

Our homeowner was referred to North American Contractors. NAC was working with a couple of his neighbors after a storm hit the Brazil area. Knowing he had old aluminum siding, he was ready to upgrade his home. Although the intial appointment with the insurance adjuster did not end with an approved insurance claim, Joe was confident in the storm damage and requested a re-inspection for a second opinion. After the second meeting, the insurance company ultimately did agree and approved a full siding replacement. Our homeowner was thrilled with our dedication to get his project approved through his insurance and was excited at replacing the aluminum siding with James Hardie.

Our customer in Brazil, IN was concerned about their old aluminum siding after a storm hit the area. After the initial inspection, we found enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. However, the insurance adjuster denied the claim. When this happens, it's imperative to have us on your side. We were extremely confident in our analysis that the damage was significant enough to have insurance involved and were able to communicate our findings and reasoning behind our recommendations for the siding replacement. After going round and round, the insurance ultimately approved the siding claim.

Our team then got right to work on the siding replacement. We stripped off much of the old siding and installed beautiful new siding instead.

This is one of our customers rental properties in Crawfordsville, IN. She was needing to update the home and turned to NAC again for help. NAC installed a GAF Timberline Shingle (color: Pewter Gray)

We received a call to inspect this Lafayette IN home for storm damage after taking care of multiple homes in this area that experienced hail damage. This home showed signs of excessive hail damage to the roof and aluminum siding. We were able to help the client navigate their insurance claim and replaced the entire roof along with all of the aluminum siding. The aluminum siding was replaced with Mastic Ovation Vinyl Siding.

Our customer in Lafayette asked us to inspect his home after a hail storm hit the area. There was not enough damage to the roof, however, there was damage to the siding and gutters. We worked along side Hayden and his insurance company to make the project as seamless as possible. Hayden decided to install American hazelnut siding with white gutters.
