Matt was referred to North American from a previous customer. There was storm damage to the front and left slope of the roof. They were nervous about filing a claim, but after speaking with Rob and learning about his expertise in the insurance field, they were optimistic on the outcome. Rob was able to meet with their insurance adjuster and go over the damage he saw. The claim was approved for a full roof replacement and our customers were thrilled. Matt was also an active police officer, so he was eligible for NAC's Homes for Defenders Discount!
NAC Installed a GAF Timberline Shingle, color: Charcoal
We received a call from local police officer Matt, as he noticed his roof was missing quite a few shingles. Upon our inspection we confirmed the roof had sustained extensive wind damage that would warrant filing an insurance claim. The homeowner was concerned about navigating the claims process. Sales Manager, Rob, assured him we would walk him through the process, and make the process as stress-free as possible. Rob and the office staff made sure to follow up with the insurance company, adjuster, and even he mortgage company on Matt's behalf. What made this process even better for this client was our First Responder's Rebate Program. We show our gratitude to local first responders for their service by providing a $250 rebate on their roof replacement.
Matt's roof was replaced in a timely manner, and we were honored he trusted us through the process.

This is a former client of NAC, as we had replaced a roof for her years ago when she lived in Martinsville. She relocated to McCordsville, IN and after the move the home sustained severe wind damage from a windstorm that had rolled through in late February. After battling the snow and having to reschedule meetings with her adjuster due to the winter weather, we persevered and were able to show her insurance company the true extent of the wind damage. They approved an entire roof replacement.
After her roof was replaced, she was so happy with our service standards that she posted her experience with us on Facebook. To our surprise, we had many of her neighbors reach out to us for inspections as well.
Our client in Clinton, IN had sustained wind damage to her home with missing roof shingles and partially blown off vinyl siding. After our initial inspection we advised our client to file a claim with her insurance company. Inspector Joe's extensive knowledge of roofing and siding materials helped him advocate for our client with her insurance company. Joe submitted samples of her roof shingles and siding to ITEL testing to see if they were still being manufactured. The test revealed they were discontinued. In turn, the insurance company approved a full replacement on both the roof and siding instead of a repair.
This homeowner in Terre Haute experienced some wind damage to their home, along with wanting to replace their aluminum siding. North American Contractors did just that. Check out how beautiful this transformation is!
