Our customer in Beech Grove reached out to us after a mailing we had sent to the area regarding the hail storm that his their area last year. With most insurance companies, you have 1 year to file a claim from the date of the storm. Knowing that her deadline was approaching, Kerry asked for us to come out and just see if she had damage. After the initial inspection, we did find enough damage to warrant a claim. At first, her insurance company approved her roof and one elevation of siding. With the help of Tom and NAC, we were able to provide the proper documentation that the current siding was discontinued and was able to get the entire house approved for new siding.

Our customer in Beech Grove contacted us to help them get their home ready to sell. They had some updates they were wanting to do prior to putting their home on the market. During our initial inspection, we noticed there was previous hail damage that needed attention. After sitting down with the homeowners and discussing their options, they decided to file a claim with their insurance company. The current siding on their home later came back as discontinued, so Josh was able to work with the insurance company to approve a full replacement. With a new roof, siding and gutters, they were ready to sell their home and the new homeowners are able to enjoy the new exterior of their home. NAC installed a GAF Timberline Shingle (color: Weathered Wood) and Mastic Vinyl Siding (color: Sandstone).

We were contacted by Wiliam of Beech Grove, IN who was looking to replace his aged wood siding. After inspecting his home, we suggested a more durable product for siding and the client ultimately chose James Hardie Cement Fiber Siding. He loved the color of his house, so we replaced the siding and painted it to match the existing color of the home. He was also a veteran so he qualified for NAC's very home "Homes for Defenders" $250 rebate.  

We were contacted by an insurance agent in Kokomo, IN on behalf of her client who reported a tree had fallen on her house and needed help as soon as possible. NAC was onsite that very day!  Upon arrival, we were able to determine there was significant damage to the shingle roof, siding, and even the foundation. We worked hand and hand with the client, and her insurance agent, to have her home repaired.

Inspector Joe Fosnow helped to completely replace the roof, repair the areas of the siding that were damaged, and contracted a foundation expert to address the foundation issues.
