North American Contractors Before & After Photos

Our customer was in need of our help after a hail storm hit the Lafayette area. She knew she had damage to her roof so she had NAC out for a free inspection. After meeting with the homeowner, we did confirm her roof was damage and recommended she file a claim with her insurance company. During that process, we were able to meet with her insurance adjuster to make sure all damage was being covered. Our homeowner was happy to have us there during the entire process to make it as stress free as possible. NAC installed a GAF Timberline HD Shingle (color: Charcoal)

Our customer also had slight hail damage to the side elevation of her home. We were also able to install the matching siding to replace the area that was affected. 

Hail storms can be funny. Your neighbor could have damage everywhere, but your house was barely touched. This was a similar situation to our customer in Lafayette, IN. While many people in her area were having a new roof, siding and gutters installed, she escaped the storm with just damage to her siding. Our customer in Lafayette, IN had significant hail damage to their home. After the initial inspection, we sat down with Tanya and showed her the pictures of the damage and advised her to file a claim with her insurance company. Once she filed the claim, we were able to meet with her insurance adjuster to make sure she was taken care of. There were some discrepancies with the insurance company that we were ultimately able to work out on behalf of Tanya. Our customer in Lafayette was selling her home and knew the roof would be an issue. She contacted North American Contractors to check if she could possibly get her insurance to help with the replacement or if she needed to be prepared to negotiate with the buyers. After the initial inspection, we found no storm damage but provided her with an estimate since the roof was 18 years old and not in the best shape. Once she had a buyer lined up, she did move forward with the replacement and now the new homeowners are happy not only with their new home, but their replacement roof as well.

Our customer was looking to sell their home, but was afraid the roof wouldn't pass inspection since it was 18 years old. They were already in negotiation with a buyer and wanted to know their options. After inspecting the roof, we let them know the roof was not in good shape and to expect the buyer to address the issue. The buyer wanted to have their own contractor out to look and provide a quote for replacement. During the negotiation process, both parties decided to work with North American Contractors.

We then got right to work on the roof replacement. We quickly stripped the roof of the old shingles and then installed beautiful new GAF Timberline HD shingles. Both parties were thrilled with the results.
