We received a call from a local property manager stating one of her tenant's homes reported their vinyl siding had come loose from a recent storm. Our inspector Rob Smith was right on it! He assessed the damaged area, provided a repair estimate, and was able to have the siding repaired the following day. The tenants and property manager were happy with the service and the property manager even asked Rob to check out a few more of the rental properties she managed to ensure they hadn't sustained any damage from the same storm. 

The roof started leaking at this customers home in Noblesville one evening. They called North American Contractors and we immediately went out to put a tarp on the roof so there would be no additional damage. They had already called their insurance company and wanted us to be there with the adjuster came. It was obvious the roof needed to a full roof replacement so the adjuster agreed to approve the claim. Our team worked very quickly and the customers were very happy with NAC and Josh.

We received a call from a Fishers, IN resident looking for a contractor, to provide a full siding replacement for their Hamilton County home. Upon arrival inspector Josh Timm could see the existing LP siding, on a majority of the home, was showing signs of deterioration. The homeowner was set on using James Hardie siding for the full siding replacement, as the neighborhood HOA had restrictions on siding types permitted. NA Contractors have certified James Hardie installers and were happy to help. They opted for colors very similar to their previous look. The James Hardie siding provided a much-needed facelift to the home and has absolutely increased curb appeal.

Our customer had noticable storm damage to his roof so he already proceeded with his insurance claim. He was referred to North American so he was happy he had someone he could trust to put the roof on. After reviewing the insurance claim however, NAC noticed there were a few code requirement items missing from the claim that needed attention. So we were able to send in supplement information to make sure our homeowner got the claim paid properly.

One of our local property management companies reached out to us after their tenant reported a tree limb had fallen on the shingle roof of the home. The limb had fallen hard enough on the roof to create a hole. Thus warranting us to tarp the roof in an effort to help mitigate further damage. Our inspector found signs of wind and hail damage on the shingle roof while assessing the fallen tree limb damage. He was able to work alongside the property management company, the tenant and the homeowner to have the insurance company not only replace the main house roof but the detached garage roof as well.
