This homeowner in Oxford, IN  needed help quickly after 4+ inch hail caused extensive damage to their home.  Our specialist worked with their insurance company to insure their home was repaired to a condition that was much better than its prestorm state!  The home took on a complete facelift with a beautiful new dimensional roof, new vinyl siding, new gutters and a new patio cover. The homeowner was very happy with the final result!

Our client Steve, in Fowler Indiana, contacted us for a hail damage inspection as recommended by his insurance agent. Upon our inspection we did in fact find hail hits to the roof, vent covers and gutters. We were able to work with the homeowners insurance company to have the roof fully replaced. The original roof was only just a few years old, but due to the amount of hail damage it sustained, a full replacement was warranted.  We replaced the roof with similar color shingles to the originals as the homeowner requested.

Our client in Clinton, IN had sustained wind damage to her home with missing roof shingles and partially blown off vinyl siding. After our initial inspection we advised our client to file a claim with her insurance company. Inspector Joe's extensive knowledge of roofing and siding materials helped him advocate for our client with her insurance company. Joe submitted samples of her roof shingles and siding to ITEL testing to see if they were still being manufactured. The test revealed they were discontinued. In turn, the insurance company approved a full replacement on both the roof and siding instead of a repair.
