North American Contractors Before & After Photos

Angie was referred to North American Contractors from a friend. From the initial inspection with the insurance adjuster, there were a few items that were missed. NAC was able to re-submit a revised supplement and received approval for the additional items. Angie decided on a GAF Timberline Dimensional shingle. 

North American Contractors helped Gary with his insurance claim after a hail storm hit the Greenwood area. It was a pretty easy claim as the insuranace company approved replacement for his roof, gutters and downspouts. NAC installed a GAF Timberline Dimensional shingle to add to the beauty of his home.

He met with a couple other contractors in order to do his own homework, but really liked our company. He was in no hurry to get his roof on, but wanted all his ducks in a row. He wanted his roof installed in June and we were happy to accommodate his request. Now that his roof is complete, he is so happy with his choice. We were contacted by an insurance agent in Kokomo, IN on behalf of her client who reported a tree had fallen on her house and needed help as soon as possible. NAC was onsite that very day!  Upon arrival, we were able to determine there was significant damage to the shingle roof, siding, and even the foundation. We worked hand and hand with the client, and her insurance agent, to have her home repaired.

Inspector Joe Fosnow helped to completely replace the roof, repair the areas of the siding that were damaged, and contracted a foundation expert to address the foundation issues.

Our customer was in the process of selling his home when the wind damaged his roof. In order to keep the selling process moving, we had to work quickly in order to get the insurance claim filed and processed. Luckily, we were able to work with both parties and the future owner was able to pick the shingles they wanted. All the roof repairs were finished in a two week time period and both parties couldn't be happier with the outcome.
