North American Contractors Before & After Photos

Inspector Mike Griffith was working in a neighborhood on the southeast side of Indianapolis.  There were many homes in that area that had sustained wind damage to their roofs. He knocked on this client's door to let them know their roof was missing shingles and NAC could help! After a quick assessment of the roof, Mike was up and running on getting their roof replacement done! 

Our customer in Indianapolis, IN contacted North American Contractors when he noticed some shingles missing from his roof. The first plan was to replace the missing shingles. However, after trying to order the replacement shingles, we realized the shingle currently on the roof was discontinued. As a result of that, NAC was able to work with the insurance company and was able to get a new roof approved for our customer! The homeowner did choose a similar color shingle to match the style of home, but what a beautiful home!

Our customer sustained damage to their roof, siding and gutters during a storm. During the initial inspection, the homeowner also informed us she had a crack in her living room ceiling that was leaking. While waiting on the job to begin, we went ahead and made some small repairs to the chimney in order to stop the leak and causing more damage to her home. NAC installed the GAF Timberline shingle with Mastic Eclipse siding. Once the install was complete, the homeowner did call back in letting us know that her back porch light had not been working since the install. Luckily, it was just a timing issue with the bulb and we were able to replace that for her as well. 

This was a quick turn-around project due to the homeowners schedule. He had damage to his roof and gutters after a hail storm so he called on us to remedy the situation. David chose a GAF Timberline shingle that will keep his home looking fantastic for years to come.

Our customer in Indianapolis had damage to her home after a hail storm. After the initial inspection, we did find enough damage to advise the homeowner she should file a claim with her insurance agent. Once she filed the claim, we were able to work directly with the insurance adjuster to make sure all damage was covered. There were a few things initially the adjuster did not cover, but with our due diligence, we were able to submit a revised supplement on Annie's behalf. We cannot stress enough how beneficial this is for our customers. Without our help, there would have been things that did not get fixed for Annie. The revised supplement was approved and work began. NAC installed a GAF Timberline HD Shingle (color: Weathered Wood) and replaced the damaged gutters.
