This Indianapolis, IN homeowner loved the look of her home, but noticed the roof seemed a little dull. She didn’t want to completely change the look of her home, so she kept a similar shade of shingles as it was before. The home now looks brighter and more inviting thanks to our GAF Timberline shingle (color: mission brown). Since we could maintain the homeowner’s color preferences, she was absolutely delighted with the result! 

Our customer had to deal with the aftermath of the previous homeowner not dealing with hail damage to their roof. She was having a lot of interior problems and needed help immediately! North American Contractors was able to go out the same day, place a tarp on the roof and help with a game plan to fix her issues. The insurance adjuster had already been out, so we were able to help the homeowner understand what the insurance company had said about the damage. We were then able to work with the homeowners' insurance company to get the roof replaced and fix the interior damage.

A previous customer contacted us after they had a few pieces of siding blow off their house. After the initial inspection, we advised them to wait on filing a claim. We wanted to check to see if the siding was a discontinued product, but we needed to send it off to verify. After a few days, the report came back and confirmed the siding was indeed discontinued. At that time, we advised our customer to file a claim. Once filed, we were able to work directly with the insurance company and provide them with the documentation of the siding. They approved a full replacement!

This home located on the southeast side of Indianapolis, IN had damage done to its gutters to the extent that they were starting to fall away from the home. The gutter boards also showed signs of rot, and addressed the issue right away with the homeowner. We replaced the gutter and gutter boards to bring this home back up into tip top shape. 

It is highly recommended to replace your skylights when you are replacing your roof. Our homeowner is very happy we made that recommendation! She won't have to worry about leaks anymore and her replacement roof and skylights look great!
